5.燕麦吸水后会膨胀,能提升饱足感,加上膳食纤维可延缓胃的排空速度,使人不容易感到饥饿,减少吃零食的机会。对减肥者而言,燕麦是理想的主食。但燕麦的热量跟同等量的白饭相近,仍要注意食用量。


6. 增加体力

燕麦的维生素B1和烟碱酸可帮助糖类顺利转化成能量,被身体利用,而非变成脂肪囤积在体内。对运动者来说,吃燕麦有助增加体力。


7. 为素食者补充蛋白质

燕麦的蛋白质、钙和铁比白饭多,适合素食者食用,来补充这些营养素。

蔡宜方指出,燕麦含有较多的草酸,会阻碍部分矿物质吸收,如果是以补钙、补铁为目的,也需要适当摄取其它高钙、高铁的食物,如奶制品、豆制品。
