PREPARATION METHOD

Hot Oatmeal

1) Combine water (or milk) in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil. Stir in instant oats with ratio milk and instant oat, 1 : ½ . Reduce heat to medium, cook for 1 minute. About 5 minutes using rolled oat

2) Remove from heat, cover and let stand for 2-3 minutes.

3) Add in honey, maple syrup to sweeten.

4) Add in toppings such as fresh fruits, dried fruits, mix nuts, yogurt, peanut butters.

Overnight Oat

1) Combine oat with milk, chia seed in a jar. Mix well and leave overnight.
