HOW TO COOKFor one serving :- Add 35g of rolled oats with 250 ml water.- Cook for 6 – 8 minutes over boiling temperature (100C). Reduce heat and simmer until thick and creamy.- Remove from the heat and serve.(optional : serve with honey, milk, fresh/dried fruits, spices, nuts or seeds)
